A 23-year-old Springs man was arrested on rape charges after he sexually abused two East Hampton teens, town police said.

Two men armed with guns tied up a man inside his house in Springs and demanded cash early on Thursday, East Hampton Town police said.

A plan to build a school bus depot on nearly three acres of land adjacent to the recycling center on Springs-Fireplace Road in East Hampton can move forward, the East Hampton Town Planning Board said.

East Hampton Town police arrested two men last week in separate cases of sex abuse.
