Shortly after 9, many East Enders felt an earthquake that rumbled about nine kilometers off the coast of Massachusetts. Facebook posts reflected their experience from Montauk to Sagaponack to Sag Harbor and Shelter Island.

On Thursday, Gail Baranello, co-owner of the A&G Dance Company, will lead a gentle, Covid-safe workshop called Moving Through Isolation, based around how people have been feeling during the pandemic.

Two entire classrooms of children at the John M. Marshall Elementary School are in quarantine through Nov. 19 after two cases of Covid-19 were confirmed among fifth-grade students this week. Additionally, two more cases have been diagnosed among East Hampton High School students, and one among the support staff at the Wainscott School.

East Hampton Town residents who have been holding on to those old paints, half-full gas cans, and the like can safely dispose of them on Saturday in Montauk.
