Carissa's Bakery in East Hampton has several Easter specials for takeout on Saturday and Sunday. A $150 dinner for two includes a leg of lamb with Moroccan spices, jus, and pickled mustard seeds, spicy carrot puree, Moroccan-style couscous with seven vegetable stew, charred asparagus with Parmesan, arugula, and a red wine vinaigrette, and a chicory salad with shaved heirloom carrots, fennel, radish, roasted almonds, and a grapefruit vinaigrette. A quart of fava bean soup is an additional $24. Bakery items include Easter bread for $14, pavlova with Meyer lemon curd for $24, and flourless chocolate cake with rose gold for $55. An order of two colored Easter eggs is $6, and a pint of sorbet is $12. Dinners must be picked up between 4 and 5 p.m., and bakery items between noon and 3. Orders can be placed on the restaurant's website.

Highway Restaurant and Bar in East Hampton is offering an Easter brunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday. The a la carte menu features entrees such as a frittata with asparagus, mushrooms, and goat cheese for $22, French toast with berries for $18, and chicken Milanese with an arugula and tomato salad for $24.

Ed's Lobster Bar in Sag Harbor has a two-course prix fixe brunch special from 11:30 to 3 on Sunday. The menu features appetizers such as New England clam chowder, and fried calamari, and entrees such as fish or chicken tacos, a lobster and cheese omelet, and a brisket burger. The cost is $50 for adults, $25 for kids 4 to 12, and free for those under four. Two cucumber Bloody Marys are included, and a lobster roll entree is an additional $8.

The Bell and Anchor in Noyac will be open on Sunday for brunch only from 11:30 to 3, and it is offering takeout dishes that must be pre-ordered by Saturday. The dine-in menu features lobster Benedict for $26, duck hash with a poached egg, and a frisee salad for $22, and a smoked salmon plate with a bagel, cream cheese, capers, and red onion for $22. For takeout, a Dijon mustard-crusted rack of lamb with jus, potato puree, and haricots verts is $45, potato-crusted halibut with creamed leeks and asparagus is $46, lobster Thermidor with roasted fingerling potatoes and haricots verts is $60, and a two or three-and-a-half-pound steamed lobster is market price. Takeout orders must be picked up between 11:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.
