Wine Wednesdays at Nick and Toni’s

Wine Wednesday workshops will return to Nick and Toni's for 10 programs.

Wine Wednesday workshops will return to Nick and Toni’s restaurant in East Hampton on Wednesday at 5:30 with the Seasonal Shift: Winter Wines to Spring Bottles, which will be led by Adrian Chalk, the owner of Adrian Chalk Selections. Each workshop is designed around themed tasting flights and led by a distributor, importer, or winemaker.

Hosted by Christian Millwood, the beverage director of Honest Man Hospitality, and Luis Marin, the general manager of Wainscott Main Wine and Spirits, subsequent themes are Inside Frederick Wildman: Portfolio Highlights and Hidden Gems; Portfolio Favorites: Wines We Can’t Keep in Stock; Northern Rhône vs. Southern Rhône; Great Estates, Great Stories; West vs. East Coast: Spain Edition; Tuscany and Piedmont; Terroir and Tradition: Wines From the Raventós i Blanc Estate; From Vineyards to Glass: Duclot Portfolio, and Tequila 101: Introduction to Agave.

Tickets are $40 per session in advance, and reservations can be made by calling the restaurant at 631-324-3550 after 2 p.m. Wednesday through Monday. Tickets include tasting sheets, crystal tasting stems, and small plates from the restaurant’s kitchen.

Rowdy Hall in Amagansett is celebrating 30 years in business by launching a 1 Percent for the East End Giving Campaign, in which the locally owned restaurant will donate 1 percent of its monthly revenue to a rotating local charity serving the East End throughout 2026.
