Main Street Tavern
Main Street Tavern in Amagansett is offering family-size, oven-ready dishes for takeout. The menu features appetizers such as two pints of French onion soup for $24, and a Greek salad that will feed three to five for $35. Entrees include lasagna and shepherd's pie for $40 each for two to three and $70 for six to eight, a dozen wings and a dozen ribs with two orders of mac and cheese and coleslaw for $58, and pappardelle with beef ragu for three to four for $45. A sandwich platter that includes 12 crab sliders, three lobster rolls, and four chicken Parmigiana sandwiches is $140. The full menu is on the restaurant's website, and orders can be placed online.

Serene Green
The Serene Green farm stand in Noyac, which usually closes in winter, is open for on-site shopping daily from 9 to 5:30, weather permitting. Online orders for pickup can be placed by visiting the farm stand's website, and delivery is available for the immune-compromised or elderly who live in Sag Harbor. 

New From Wolffer
Wolffer Estate Vineyard in Sagaponack has introduced a botanical cider infused with ginger, lemon balm, elderberry, pomegranate, dandelion root, and turmeric in partnership with Mab and Stoke, a company that makes herbal supplements. The cost for a dozen 12-ounce bottles is $48. Orders can be placed on the winery's website

Cooking Classes
Stefanie Sacks, a culinary nutritionist who lives in Montauk, will welcome people into her kitchen for live Zoom cooking classes on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. Her focus for January is on "foods that are easy on digestion" and aid "in the body's natural detoxification abilities." In Wednesday's class, Ms. Sacks will make Asian vegetable consomme and vegetable or chicken fried rice. The menu for the Jan. 27 class is bok choy slaw, cold sesame noodles, and sauteed tofu. Each class costs $25.

Those who register but cannot make the Zoom meeting or would like to watch it again will receive a recording after the event. Zoom meetings will open a half hour before class begins. Registration is on Ms. Sacks's website

1770 Prix Fixe
The 1770 House in East Hampton has a nightly two-course prix fixe menu for $55. The January menu features appetizers such as spicy fluke tartare and a celery root and blue cheese salad. The entrees include mushroom risotto, roasted Scottish salmon, braised beef short rib, and pork tenderloin.

Quail Hill Announces Summer C.S.A.

Summer shares are now available from Quail Hill Farm, one of the country's original community-supported agriculture farms. Family shares, for households of two or more people, and single-person shares as well, run from early June through Halloween, with picking two days a week, including unlimited flowers.
