A man was reportedly seen taking pictures with a "telescopic lens" on the afternoon of Dec. 22, out back of a West End Road property.

Later that day, a woman driving down Newtown Lane claimed she was being tailgated by another car and narrowly avoided a collision. Police received a call on Sunday afternoon about an American flag in the roadway on Woods Lane, but found nothing.
