A 61-year-old Brooklyn man was arrested with a stolen car and metal knuckles, which are considered a weapon, in the 7-Eleven parking lot in Montauk on April 24 at about 9:50 p.m.
Judith A. Mayer, 68, of East Hampton was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs following an accident in East Hampton on Sunday morning at about 11:30 a.m.
Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the people who burglarized a Bridgehampton house in December and made off with a number of items, including a Breguet Marine watch worth thousands of dollars. Surveillance video shows four people entering the house on Ocean Road at approximately 5:15 p.m. on Dec. 8. The Swiss timepiece they snatched has a serial number of 5071 and retails for between $15,000 and $35,000. The men’s watch is made of stainless steel, with Roman numerals for the hours.
