A 66-year-old man was arrested after East Hampton Town police said he discharged a 12-gauge shotgun inside his house following a domestic dispute last Thursday afternoon.

What started out as a routine winter victim-in-distress Jet Ski training session in Block Island Sound for East Hampton Volunteer Ocean Rescue on Sunday morning ended as an actual rescue.

An East Hampton woman reported a suspicious person in the vicinity of Spaeth Lane on Dec. 11 at about 12:50 p.m. Police found a man doing landscaping work.
