A Dayton Lane resident was back to his old habits of calling 911 without an emergency. Police stopped at his house at about 3 a.m. on April 26, and he appeared to be intoxicated but was not a threat to himself or anyone else, police said in a report. He was advised to call 911 only in an emergency.

A man on Toilsome Lane called police on Friday at about 1:55 a.m. when he awoke from a deep sleep and thought he heard people in his driveway.
