Dry January Dinner at Sen

Sen Restaurant in Sag Harbor will serve a five-course Dry January Chef’s Dinner that can be accompanied by mocktails that will “shine brighter than the disco ball.”

Set for Sunday at 6 p.m., the menu will include scallop usuzukuri, consisting of thinly sliced scallop served with a blood orange compote, coconut aminos, and finger lime caviar; shirataki noodle ramen with bone broth, a soft-boiled egg, roasted chicken, scallion, sweet potato, and chili crisp; naruto rainbow roll, a medley of yellowtail, salmon, tuna, shiso, and avocado wrapped in cucumber; Korean short ribs served over cauliflower ginger fried rice and garnished with spring onions, and for dessert, avocado chocolate mousse.

The cost is $85, including tax and gratuity.

The Dry Train

Local breweries and wineries want customers taking a break from alcohol to know that they’ve got them covered, too, this month. The Montauk Brewing Company has started making a nonalcoholic I.P.A. Wolffer Estate Vineyard in Sagaponack has nonalcoholic rosé and blanc de blancs, and Kidd Squid Brewing Company in Sag Harbor has a selection of N/A wine, beer, mocktails, and kombucha on offer along with its own brews. Kidd Squid also has an all-month 20-percent-off happy hour.

News From Meeting House

The Meeting House restaurant in Amagansett will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 5 to 9 p.m. for the winter. Happy hour happens Tuesday through Friday from 5 to 6:30 and includes $10 martinis (select spirits), $10 highballs, $10 glasses of select wines, $5 draft beers, and bar bites.

Thursday is curry night, with rotating Indian food classics and vegan and vegetarian options.

Live Salsa at Coche Comedor

Coche Comedor in Amagansett now has live salsa every Tuesday from 8 to 11 p.m. In addition, the restaurant’s 5 + 10 Tap Takeover is in force Tuesday through Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m. The offerings are a $5 glass of pinot grigio, a $5 pint of Mexican lager, a $5 half-size classic margarita on the rocks, and a full-size classic margarita on the rocks for $10.
