Duryea's Orient Point has launched a beach club open Thursday through Sunday with a raw bar and snack menu.

At the Hedges Inn
The Hedges Inn in East Hampton has launched Bar None, a wine bar and restaurant that is open from 3 to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday. The seafood-centric menu features a variety of oysters and caviars, and a seafood tower that includes lump crab meat, jumbo shrimp, oysters, littleneck clams, lobster tail, and king crab legs. A seafood tower for two is $125. A charcuterie plate for two is $28, tuna tartare is $18, and grilled flatbread with gorgonzola, prosciutto, baby potatoes, figs, basil, and garlic is $22.

In addition to wine and beer, the restaurant offers $16 signature cocktails, including a watermelon mojito, a cucumber cosmopolitan, and a spicy margarita. Reservations are recommended, and are by visiting winebarnone.com.

Bell and Anchor Outdoors
The Bell and Anchor in Noyac now has outdoor dining. The dinner menu includes a pan-roasted fish of the day in a lobster, brandy, and fennel sauce with spring peas, royal trumpet mushrooms, corn, and a tomato and leek ragout for $42, vegan lasagna with zucchini, yellow squash, cashew ricotta, a sun-dried tomato marinara sauce, and basil oil for $28, and a cured Duroc pork chop in a thyme butter and ginger balsamic sauce with potatoes, oyster mushrooms, ramps, and shallots for $39.

Milk Bar in Montauk
Milk Bar, a bakery chain known for extravagant pies, cakes, and cookies, has opened a pop-up shop at Gurney's Star Island Resort and Marina in Montauk. It is open daily from noon to 9 through Oct. 11.

On the North Fork
Duryea's Orient Point waterfront restaurant is now offering seating on a beach overlooking Gardiner's Bay Thursday through Sunday from 1 to 8 p.m. The menu features raw bar items, a lobster roll for $38, a platter of oysters, snow crab claws, jumbo shrimp, and littleneck clams for $53, and a $215 lobster tower for three to four that includes a whole lobster, oysters, snow crab claws, jumbo shrimp, littleneck clams, and tuna tartare.

Claudio's in Greenport has a weekend brunch from 11:30 to 3:30. A crab omelette with chives, shallots, and creme fraiche is $25, crispy French toast with a vanilla mascarpone filling is $21, and an acai bowl with bananas, mixed berries, granola, toasted coconut, and cashew butter is $16.
