On Friday afternoon, Charles Burge of East Patchogue, 53, was driving on Montauk Highway near Meeting House Lane Medical in Wainscott when, according to police, Anne Moore, 53, of Westhampton Beach drove out of a Montauk Highway driveway and hit his 1992 Dodge pickup. Ms. Moore told police she was turning left from the driveway, and maintained that Mr. Burge's car had hit hers. At any rate, both vehicles were damaged on the front and left sides. Ms. Moore's car was towed. She complained of lower leg pain but declined medical attention.

Driving along West Gate Road in Wainscott last week, A.P. Yugsilloacana, 54, of East Hampton did not stop his 2008 Ford van in time before rear-ending Diego Camposano's 2016 Honda Suburban. The 33-year-old from Southampton, who was stopped in traffic, complained of neck pain but declined medical attention. Both vehicles sustained damage. The Ford, with its front bashed in, was taken away by Rob's Towing and Transport.
