In what will be the latest start for any full moon walk this year, at 9 Friday night you can take a leisurely hike courtesy of the South Fork Natural History Museum and the Friends of the Long Pond Greenbelt behind the museum.

Sag Harbor eateries including the Corner Bar, Il Cappuccino, Tutto il Giorno, and Sag Pizza will provide the food for a garden party Saturday to benefit the Sag Harbor Whaling and Historical Museum. 

Part of a new series from the Wainscott Heritage Project, on Saturday at the Wainscott Chapel, Geoff Gehman, a journalist and author, will go "Beyond the Kingdom: Wainscott 1.0 and 2.5."
