Lighter Brunswick Stew

1 rotisserie chicken, skinned, boned, meat shredded, and set aside
1 Vidalia onion, coarsely chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cups frozen lima beans
Some of the essentials of Brunswick stew, it can safely be said, are chicken, tomatoes, lima beans, and corn. From there it can include any number of pork products, kielbasa sausage, bacon, and more.
