Duryea’s is now open for the season seven days a week for outdoor waterfront dining on Fort Pond Bay. Menu offerings include grilled or steamed lobster, lobster rolls, lobster Cobb salad, a variety of local seafood, and an abundant raw bar selection. New this year is Duryea’s Sunset Scoops, an ice cream cart featuring house made ice cream, while Duryea’s Market and Duryea’s Boutique have returned.

Maverick’s Montauk has also reopened, including its outdoor dining patio with waterfront views on Fort Pond. Spring hours are Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 5 to 9, and Friday and Saturday from 5 to 10.

Coffee Meets Cupcakes

Jack’s Stir Brew Coffee has entered into an unusual partnership with Baked by Melissa, which is known for its bite-size cupcakes in a variety of flavors. Limited-edition Jack’s x Baked by Melissa cupcakes are available through Sept. 8 at Jack’s Amagansett and Sag Harbor locations as well as at Melissa’s retail outlets. It marks the first time Baked by Melissa cupcakes can be obtained on the East End.

The flavors include Jack’s Cold Brew, coffee cake stuffed with coffee filling, topped with coffee icing, and finished with white chocolate clear sugar crystal brittle; Iced Happy Jack, honey cake stuffed with cinnamon filling, topped with coffee-cinnamon icing, and finished with cinnamon sugar white chocolate brittle, and Vanilla Cold Foam, white vanilla cake stuffed with vanilla cream and topped with vanilla icing.

The cupcakes are caffeine free.

Wines From the Loire

East Hampton’s Park Place Wines and Liquors is hitting the road again, this time to France’s Loire Valley. The next wine workshop, set for next Thursday as 6 p.m., will feature a lineup of wines from the region — zesty whites, 

charming reds, and a few “oh wow” bottles, according to the shop. The Loire’s grape varieties include sauvignon blanc, chenin blanc, cabernet franc, and melon de Bourgogne.

Tickets are $45 and nonrefundable.

Burger Night at La Goulue

La Goulue sur Mer in Southampton has announced Wednesday Burger Night. From 5 to 9 p.m. every week, the restaurant’s house burger will be available for $27 along with $1 oysters.
