Six Cool Reds
Park Place Wines and Liquors in East Hampton will kick off its fall series of wine classes next Thursday at 6 p.m. with The Cool Side of Reds. The shop says not to expect “lightweight summer sippers.” Six medium to full-bodied reds that become more vibrant with a slight chill will be uncorked by the team, who will discuss the grapes, regions, and winemaking styles behind the trend toward cooler reds.
Tickets are $45 and nonrefundable.
