Sparkling Pointe Winery in Southold will host tastings that pair three of its sparkling wines with French macarons.

Loaves and Fishes Foodstore in Sagaponack has announced food offerings to take out for Passover and Easter. Available through Monday, the menu includes potato pancakes with applesauce, grilled lamb chops with mint chimichurri, cod on chili lentils, rotisserie ducks and chickens, roasted Parmesan asparagus, deviled eggs, crab strudels, Easter egg cookies, coconut layer cake, and much more. The shop is now debuting Michelle’s Maccs on the East End. Handcrafted in the Bronx, the macaroons are toasted coconut and Belgian chocolate truffles enhanced by pure Madagascar vanilla.

Wine and Macarons

Sparkling Pointe Winery in Southold, which is committed to estate grown sparkling wines produced by the Méthode Champenoise, will celebrate spring on Saturday starting at 11 a.m. by pairing a tasting flight of three wines with French macarons created by North Fork Baker.

Timed tickets are $35 per guest and slots are available on the website from 11 to 4:30.
