Super Bowl Specials

Townline BBQ in Sagaponack is celebrating Super Bowl LX on Sunday with game-day snacks to go, $10 margaritas, “the pig skin,” which features a Monopolio lager and a shot of Almatitán Blanco with chicharrones for $15, a pitcher of Montauk Juicy IPA for $21 (at the bar only), and a raffle. Free raffle tickets will be given with every bar purchase on Sunday.

The takeout specials include Bag O’ Nuggs, which features crispy smoked pork rib tips tossed with one of five different wings sauces and served with Carolina white rice; a bag of wings, which includes 50 of them served with blue cheese and the choice of one of the five sauces, and a bag of Townline popcorn.

Among the trays, which serve 10 to 12 people, are a nacho tray with either pulled pork or pulled chicken topped with baked beans, Jack and cheddar cheese, jalapeño, and sour cream, and fried ham mac and cheese bites.

‘Que combos, which are available for four or eight people, include a pulled pork sandwich kit with either sliced bread or slider buns, plus coleslaw, pickles, baked beans, and chips; smoked chicken and pork ribs served with coleslaw, pickles, baked beans, and cornbread, and the Townline extravaganza, which includes pork ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and smoked chicken served with collard greens, baked beans, cornbread, and pickles.

Wine Charm Workshop

A “Galentine’s” wine charm workshop to benefit East Hampton’s Share the Harvest Farm and its food donation program will happen next Thursday at 6 p.m. at Wölffer Estate Vineyard’s tasting room in Sagaponack.

Attendees will create a set of six custom wine charms with instructions provided by East and Palm, a brand known for curated bar setups and elevated hosting accents. Materials, tools, and gift packaging are included, as are a ceramic heart dish and a take-home East and Palm drink topper gift. A complimentary glass of Wölffer rosé is also included, and additional wine and small plates will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

Tickets are $65 and available from sharetheharvestfarm.org.

Italian Wine Tasting

The next wine workshop at Park Place Wines and Liquors in East Hampton, set for next Thursday at 6 p.m., is the Great Italians: North vs. South. The tasting will  travel from the alpine elegance of Friuli, Piedmont, and Trentino to the bolder wines of sun-soaked Campania, Sardinia, and Sicily, revealing dramatic contrasts in grapes and traditions.

Tickets are $45 and nonrefundable.
