The 15th year of Guild Hall’s Stirring the Pot series of culinary conversations will conclude on Sunday morning at 11 when Andrew Carmellini will sit down with Florence Fabricant, the New York Times food and wine writer.

Mr. Carmellini, a chef, restaurateur, and author, is one of the three founders of NoHo Hospitality, whose 18 restaurants include Cafe Carmellini, San Morello, The Dutch, Locanda Verde, Bar Primi, Joe’s Pub, and Bar Torino.

After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in 1990, he landed at San Domenico, a restaurant in Emilia-Romagna, Italy, which had earned two Michelin stars. In 1998 he opened Cafe Boulud in New York as chef de cuisine and went on to earn awards from the James Beard Foundation and Food & Wine magazine. When The Dutch opened in SoHo in 2011, The New York Times named it one of the year’s top 10 new restaurants.

Tickets are $35, $31.50 for members. Attendees can arrive by 10 for a breakfast provided by Citarella.
