Wine Special at Gosman’s Dock

Topside at Montauk’s Gosman Dock has announced Wine Down Tuesdays, a promotion that features 50 percent off all bottles of wine every Tuesday from 5 p.m. until closing.

A New Birthday Brew

Bridgehampton’s Almond restaurant is continuing to celebrate its 25th anniversary by collaborating with Kidd Squid Brewing Company of Sag Harbor to offer a 25-ingredient fruited pale ale. The can’s exterior will feature artwork by Almond Zigmund, the wife of Jason Weiner, the restaurant’s chef-owner.

The ingredients, sourced when possible from local farms, include rhubarb, rose hip, lemon verbena, apple, Fresno chile, jalapeno, carrot, green strawberry, sweet potato, rosemary, mulberry, burdock, mint, fennel, lovage, shiso, basil, honey, elderflower, lavender, lemongrass, tulsi, raw spring wheat, 2-Row malt barley, and Cascade hops.

The ale is now available at Almond.

Harbor Deck Dining

Marie Eiffel, the proprietor of the Marie Eiffel Market Cafe on Shelter Island, has introduced an outdoor dining experience on the deck of her market overlooking Dering Harbor.

Open nightly from 5:30 to 9, the Chez Marie menu, distinct from the cafe’s daytime menu, offers as starters shrimp wrapped in basil and pastry, homemade country pate, grilled Caesar salad, and artichoke tapenade.

Mains include a burger topped with goat cheese, onion confit, and mayonnaise with shallots; a vegetarian burger with melted white cheddar cheese, avocado, and spicy mayonnaise; pan-seared salmon with potato gratin, and chicken Milanese with arugula and tomatoes. Both burgers come with fries.

Desserts are chocolate mousse and an apple tart.
