Sunday Suppers on the Rock
The Pridwin Hotel on Shelter Island has announced its Fall Sunday Suppers series, which will begin Sunday and continue through Oct. 19. The meals will be served on the lawn overlooking the Shelter Island Sound from 5 to 8:30.

Todd Ruiz, the executive chef, creates a rotating menu that highlights fresh seasonal ingredients and East End flavors. Each week features a new theme, such as seafood boils, wood-fired dinners, or roasts, served family style.

Reservations are required.

Peruvian Food and Afternoon Tea
Baker House 1650 in East Hampton will celebrate Peruvian cuisine and cocktails Thursday evening with two-hour seatings at 5 and 7 p.m. Peruvian appetizers, entrees, desserts, and cocktails will be served. A $25 deposit on the venue's website is required to reserve a spot. The deposit will be deducted from the bill.

The Baker House is also hosting an afternoon tea on Sunday from 1:30 to 4. The menu will include teas from Plain-T, a glass of champagne, and savory and sweet bites. The cost is $85, $135 for royal tea, which includes caviar and a second glass of champagne.

Negroni Week
Who knew there was a Negroni Week, but there is, and it's under way now through Sunday. Fans of the cocktail can find it at Almond restaurant in Bridgehampton, which is participating with its Barrel Aged Negroni with Ford's gin, Carpano Antica, cedar chips, and orange twist. As at participating restaurants across the country, proceeds from sales of the cocktail will benefit Slow Food.
