On offer will be all-you-can-eat chowder and soup from more than 20 restaurants and private chefs, plus music by Josh Brussell and a mocktail bar. (A cash bar will also be available.)

Artists’ Table

The Watermill Center will host Artists’ Table, a presentation by Natalia Lassalle-Morillo, its artist-in-residence, followed by locally sourced meal prepared by Jennie Werts, on Saturday from noon to 2:30.

Ms. Lassalle-Morillo is an interdisciplinary artist from Puerto Rico whose work uses performance, film, and installation to challenge colonial and imperial narratives and propose alternative mythologies and historiographies.

A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Ms. Werts is the chef at Ellen’s on Front, a year-round restaurant in Greenport, and Jennie’s at Drossos, a seasonal pop-up in Greenport.

Tickets are $125.

Wine Class

Up next in the wine classes at East Hampton’s Park Place Wines and Liquors is a Tasting Masterclass: Train Your Palate and Level Up Your Wine Game, set for next Thursday at 6 p.m. In the session, the staff will break down wine structure with side-by-side tastings. Participants will learn to recognize

what they are tasting and to describe wine in a way that fits their palates.

Tickets are $45 and nonrefundable.

Oyster Festival

The Shinnecock Oyster Festival will take place on Saturday from 1 to 7 p.m. on the Shinnecock Powwow Grounds, 100 Montauk Highway, Southampton. There will be fresh Shinnecock oysters, food, music, vendors, and activities for the entire family.

La Goulue in Southampton has an expanded menu for the fall. Among the additions are escargots, beef carpaccio, and beef Bourguignon. The nightly specials will include such classics as duck à l’orange, foie gras, Dover sole, and coq au vin.

One Last Weekend

Bostwick’s on the Harbor will close for the season after Sunday. And Sunset Pizza and Spirits at Cedar Point County Park will be open for brunch and dinner through Monday before battening down the hatches for the season.

Closing Time

The Cookery in East Hampton has closed its store because it lost its lease. However, orders can be placed on its website, thecookerycynandtrudy.com, and it will continue to offer catering.

The Village Bistro in East Hampton, at the former home of Rowdy Hall, has also closed.

And in Sag Harbor, Baron’s Cove is no more. The restaurant and resort, which had been under the management of Cape Resorts until the end of last month, has closed for renovations, and word is that when it reopens it will be with a different name.

Adios, Coche Comedor

The big news for foodies on the South Fork this week is that Honest Man Hospitality has announced that it will close Coche Comedor, its Mexican restaurant in Amagansett, effective Saturday after a six-year run in the space next door to La Fondita.
