Coconut Indulgence
Loaves and Fishes in Sagaponack has just released its homemade ice cream flavor for April. Caramel cashew coconut adds cashew brittle and swirls of salted caramel to a coconut ice cream base. No wonder the store says it is "sure to call to all the coconut fans out there."

Other available flavors are chocolate, vanilla, and cappuccino crunch.

Pizzeria on Wheels
Motorino Pizzeria Napoletana, which has 15 locations around the world, including three in New York City, will motor to the East End this summer with a custom-built wood-fired pizza trailer available for on-demand pizza parties.

Motorino Mobile is a full onsite pizza station, including refrigeration, tent, and lights. The company promises to augment its favorite pies with additions that will highlight "bounty from the East End."

The pizzas? The chef, Mathieu Palombino, previously cooked at Bouley and Cello, and New York Magazine says, "His tomatoes are bright, his buffalo mozzarella sweet, and his Margherita DOC a thing of beauty."
