Takeout From Bostwick’s

Bostwick’s Seafood Market in East Hampton is offering a takeout menu that features classics from Bostwick’s Chowder House and Bostwick’s on the Harbor.

Among the items on the very long menu are seared tuna, lobster bisque, lobster fritters, sautéed crab cakes, blackened fish tacos, seafood pasta, chicken wings, grilled steak sandwich, and fish and chips. The complete menu is on the website.

The menu will be available from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday, and from 11:30 to 8 on Friday and Saturday. Orders can be placed in person or by calling the market at 631-324-2700.

Holiday Hams

A limited number of 14-pound cured and smoked bone-in hams will be available for Christmas and New Year’s from Townline BBQ in Sagaponack. Each ham, priced at $160, will serve approximately 20 people and should be ordered in house or by calling the restaurant at 631-537-2271. Hams will come with reheating instructions and a homemade glaze.

Cocktail Kits

The Tasting Room at the Sagaponack Farm Distillery has put together cocktail kits for the holidays. The Manhattan kit includes a 375-milliliter bottle of the distillery’s Empire Rye, 375 milliliters of Little City sweet vermouth, Amarena cherries, and Tiger Spud chips. The cost is $110.

The Bloody Mary kit includes 750 milliliters of the distillery’s Wheat Vodka, 25 ounces of Farmers Kitchen Bloody Mary mix, Sagaponack Farm pickles, and Tiger Spud chips. The kits start at $75.

East Hampton Village announced this week that the current occupant of the village-owned concession at the Main Beach pavilion, Susan Seekamp’s Beach Hut on Main, won the bid to continue operating for five more years.
