The people behind Naturally Good Sushi in Montauk have rebranded as Wasabi Beach Sushi and Kitchen and have revamped the menu, offering an array of vegan options in addition to freshly caught fish.

El Turco Special
The owners and chef at East Hampton's El Turco are offering a special $44 prix fixe dinner menu Mondays through Thursdays at the restaurant between 5 and 7 p.m. 

The Turkish and Mediterranean menu has farm-to-table enhancements with local fish and vegetables. It is on Three Mile Harbor Road.

Si Si, Bastille Day
Si Si will host a Bastille Day celebration on July 15 with food and a view of the Great Bonac Fireworks over Three Mile Harbor from 5 p.m. to close. Reservations are available on the restaurant's website.

Music on the Beach
Navy Beach restaurant in Montauk has announced its D.J. and live music performances for July. On Saturday (and July 15) D.J. Selecta will spin from 1:30 to 4 p.m. and then again from 5 until sunset. Sunday (and July 23), Winston Irie and the Selective Security Band will play from 5:30 till sunset. On Friday, July 14, it'll be D.J. Lauren Besselman. Flare Band plays on July 16, D.J. Jivan Calderone on July 22, and CK Beats on July 29.

Wasabi Beach
Naturally Good Sushi is now Wasabi Beach Sushi with the same management and location -- on South Etna Avenue in Montauk -- but an expanded menu with plenty of vegan sushi and other vegan options as well.

There are appetizers like miso soup, edamame, and chopped or market salads, a teriyaki bowl with rice, vegetables, and either chicken or tofu, and mushroom fried rice, also with a choice of chicken or tofu. 

Sushi rolls and specialty rolls are joined by sashimi and regular sushi on top of rice and multiple vegan rolls and other surprises with an emphasis on freshly caught fish. A full menu is on the website

The restaurant is open seven days from 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
