More Specials for Mom
In addition to Mother's Day offerings mentioned last week, there are quite a few more choices for those who want to treat Mom to a special meal on Sunday.

Lulu Kitchen and Bar in Sag Harbor has special entrees for two, and will offer moms a complimentary glass of sparkling wine on Sunday. The entrees are dry-aged duck with roasted bell peppers, baba ganoush, muhammara, pickled ramps, cucumber, gem lettuce, and grilled flatbread for $120, and whole, deep-fried jumbo black bass with a Thai-Mediterranean vinaigrette, chopped cabbage, an herb and spring onion salad, almonds, and grilled flatbread for $96.

Scarpetta Beach at Gurney's Inn in Montauk will have a Mother's Day brunch menu on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Entrees include almond French toast, ricotta pancakes, and eggs Benedict for $17 each, an omelet with mozzarella, mushrooms, spinach, and tomato for $19, and steak and eggs with salsa verde for $26.

Carissa's Bakery in East Hampton will have pastries, desserts, and sorbets available for pre-order. Two croissants filled with raspberry preserves and rosewater are $12, and two palmiers with a blood orange glaze are $14. Proceeds from sales of the latter will be donated to breast cancer research. A flourless chocolate cake with meringue peaks, chocolate pearls, gold leaf, and flower petals is $55. An eight-inch French-style cheesecake with a graham cracker crust is $50. Apricot or rhubarb sorbet is $12, and a gelato made with Japanese Omakase berries is $14. Items can be picked up between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Saturday or Sunday. For the full menu, and to place an order, visit the bakery's website.

Beacon in Sag Harbor will open for indoor and outdoor dining, and takeout on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. There is a two-course $75 per person minimum for on-site dining. The menu includes entrees such as lobster rigatoni with roasted corn, basil, cream, and cheddar for $40; halibut baked in parchment with sun-dried tomatoes, tatsoi, and toasted couscous for $42; bouillabaisse for $46, and vegan lasagna for $26.

Newly reopened Navy Beach has a prix fixe lunch for Mother's Day, starting off with a complimentary Bloody Mary or mimosa for $48, plus tax and gratuity. Served from noon to 4 p.m., it features starters such as clam and corn chowder and little gem caesar or wedge salads. The mains are bucatini fra diavolo, swordfish, or a Navy burger. The a la carte menu will also be available.

Now Open
The Springs Farmers Market has opened for the season and will be held weekly from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays at Ashawagh Hall.

Share the Harvest Farm in East Hampton has launched a virtual farm stand. Orders for produce, prepared foods, pantry staples, snacks and drinks, and more can be placed on the farm's website for pick up between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Thursday through Sunday.
