Sip and Sing and Other Bay Street Fall Offerings

Bay Street Theater's popular Sip and Sing virtual events continue this week with Kyle Barisich leading the virtual singalong tomorrow at 5. The program is free, but registration is required at the Bay Street website.

The theater will also offer two new online classes. Marcia Milgrom Dodge, a Tony and Drama Desk Award-nominated director and choreographer, will conduct Musical Theater Club: Reading 'Ragtime!' on Wednesdays from 7 to 8:30 p.m. via Zoom starting next week. The five-session reading club and musical theater workshop is for adults only, and the fee is $100.

Acting for the Camera with Don Stephenson will he held via Zoom on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 7:30 p.m. beginning Oct. 13. Aimed at adults and teenagers 13 and up, the class will provide a practical method of acting for television and film through intensive scene work with a variety of scripts. The fee is $500 for 12 sessions.

"The Teeming Autumn," an outdoor performance and benefit dinner showcasing scenes, sonnets, and soliloquies by William Shakespeare, on Saturday is sold out.
