Three men were taken to Stony Brook Southampton Hospital Saturday night after a collision on Abraham’s Path, south of Springs-Fireplace Road.

According to the East Hampton Town police report, Fabio Calderon-Sanchez of East Hampton, 59, was driving northbound in a 2006 Ford when a southbound 2021 Honda pickup truck driven by Jose Escandon of Amagansett, 46, swerved into his lane. The vehicles collided head-on.

Mr. Calderon-Sanchez reported pain in his leg. His passenger, Carlos Arias Prado, 59, said he had neck pain, while Mr. Escandon reported whiplash. All three were taken to the hospital by ambulance.

Fireplace Auto Collision towed Mr. Escandon’s truck to its lot. Rapid Recovery towed Mr. Calderon-Sanchez’s car.

In other recent accidents, an 11-year-old bicyclist was taken to the hospital to be treated for bruises to his leg following a collision with a 2010 four-door sedan on North Main Street, near Nick & Toni’s restaurant, at around noon on Nov. 9.

The driver, Sally Herbruherfranco of Riverhead, 28, told police she was pulling out of a parking lot and did not see Daniel Bravo of East Hampton riding westbound on the sidewalk.
