Pamela Ann Gentner, 54, of Jupiter, Fla., was arrested on Aug. 12 on a charge of stealing a white Hartley romper from the Henry Lehr shop in Amagansett Square. A redacted police report states that she was arrested within about 20 minutes after the alleged theft, and charged with petty larceny and criminal possession of stolen property. She is scheduled to appear in East Hampton Justice Court on Aug. 27.

David Israel Romero Leon, 31, of East Hampton was charged on Aug. 12 with criminal trespassing and contempt of court. East Hampton Town police said he had disobeyed a court order to stay away from his ex-girlfriend, 2-year-old son, and 10-year-old child, who live on Kings Court near Springs-Fireplace Road, entering an attached garage there, and "communicating" with the woman. Mr. Leon appeared before Justice Steven Tekulsky last Thursday morning.

Catherine Bowditch of Riverhead was picked up on Aug. 12 by Riverhead police on a warrant issued here in 2015, and turned over to East Hampton officers. She appeared before Justice Tekulsky and will be back in court at a future date.

On Aug. 7, Ryan E. Lyttle of Baldwin was also arrested on an outstanding East Hampton warrant. A state trooper took him into custody in Farmingdale, and he was brought back here to await an appearance before Justice Lisa R. Rana.

Elvin Gonzalez-Gonzalez of Montauk, 41, was charged on the night of Aug. 5 with second-degree harassment. Police said that at the Plaza in downtown Montauk, he hit Claudio A. Gomez-Sepulveda once in the back of his head and "made a threat." He appeared before Justice Rana the next morning.

There have been eight noise complaints in Sag Harbor since July 18, and when on Saturday an officer heard loud music while standing in the street, Andrew Connor, 26, of Miami was arrested. Mr. Connor, who has been renting on Hillside Drive East, was issued a court appearance ticket citing public disturbance, and is scheduled to be arraigned before Justice Rana on Sept. 1.

In East Hampton Village, police arrested Jonathan Velasquez of Centereach, 25, last Thursday night, after clocking his BMW on Main Street at 56 miles per hour in a 30-m.p.h. zone. A computer check turned up a suspension from 2019 in upstate Oswego County, and he was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation. He is to appear in court on Sept. 9.

Town police stopped a 2005 Ford driven by Julio Perez-Sinchi of Shirley, 35, on Three Mile Harbor Road, East Hampton, on Friday morning, and eventually charged the driver for the same offense. His court date is Aug. 26.
