Andrew Sabin of Bluff Road called police last Thursday to complain that he had received an anonymous letter with a copy of an article about him that appeared in The New York Post on Aug. 30, featuring the anti-Hillary Clinton signs that he had reported stolen from his front lawn. Mr. Sabin told police he wanted the anonymous-letter incident documented.
