Robert P. Devlin, an owner of the Clam and Chowder House at Salivar's Dock in Montauk, died of liver cancer on Dec. 15 at home in that hamlet. He was 54 and had been ill for two months.

Steven P. Balcuns, who grew up in Montauk, died of heart failure on Dec. 29. He was 49.

This year for Martin Luther King's Birthday, celebrated on Monday, Calvary Baptist Church will live-stream its service on YouTube, beginning at 1 p.m.

East Hampton High's bowling team was to have had a match under its belt, and the boys swimming team was to have made its debut (though with no spectators) today at the Y.M.C.A. East Hampton RECenter, but the coronavirus pandemic put the kibosh on that.
