Jewish Center Talk on Well-Being During the Pandemic

Rabbi Joshua Franklin of the Jewish Center of the Hamptons in East Hampton will host Beatty Cohan, a psychotherapist and the radio host of "The Ask Beatty Show," today at 5 p.m. for a virtual conversation about nurturing emotional well-being during the pandemic. 

Part of an ongoing series of talks at the center, it will cover issues related to navigating stress and anxiety, maintaining healthy relationships, finding meaningful connections, and dealing with instability.

Born in Winnipeg, Canada, Ms. Cohan earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Manitoba and a Master of Social Work degree from McGill University in Montreal. She has a postgraduate specialization in marriage and family therapy and sexual dysfunction from the Institute of Community and Family Psychiatry at Montreal's Jewish General Hospital.
