Silver Spoon Specialties on Race Lane in East Hampton has announced a slate of classes coming up during the next two weeks, and there’s still space in a number of them.

Grazing Station will happen on Wednesday at 6 p.m. A workshop in making fresh mozzarella cheese is set for Friday, Feb. 20, at 6 p.m.; easy and delicious hors d’oeuvres will be the subject on Feb. 21 at 4 p.m., and Italian cuisine will be the focus on Feb. 24 at 6 p.m.

Private classes are available for groups of five or more, where a mutually convenient date can be chosen by the group.

Rowdy Hall in Amagansett is celebrating 30 years in business by launching a 1 Percent for the East End Giving Campaign, in which the locally owned restaurant will donate 1 percent of its monthly revenue to a rotating local charity serving the East End throughout 2026.
