Sen restaurant in Sag Harbor will host a 13-course omakase dinner.

Sen restaurant in Sag Harbor will host a pair of memorable culinary experiences on Saturday. Starting at noon, the restaurant’s chefs will break down an entire bluefin tuna, weighing over 100 pounds, in an up-close demonstration. While the breakdown is free, $25 will secure an optional lunch of tuna sashimi and sushi, and miso soup.

A 13-course omakase dinner, priced at $125, will be offered at 7 p.m. The tasting menu will feature seafood and other ingredients sourced from Japan and elsewhere, from Hokkaido scallops to bluefin tuna and other seasonal delicacies. Optional sake pairings are $85.

Seating is limited, and reservations are required.
