Deviled eggs are a takeout option for Passover at L&W Market in Bridgehampton.

Passover Specials

Rowdy Hall in Amagansett will celebrate Passover with a la carte specials on April 12 and April 13. The specials, subject to change, are Ed’s matzo ball soup and red wine-braised brisket with apricots, roasted root vegetables, and fresh horseradish.

Nick and Toni’s in East Hampton will also have a la carte specials on April 12 and 13. They are Barolo-braised short ribs, pavlova, and — surprise, surprise — matzo ball soup.

That soup is just one of many items available for takeout from L&W Market in Bridgehampton. Appetizers there include Grandma Weiner’s chopped liver, deviled eggs, and a seder plate with shank bone, egg, horseradish, parsley, and haroset.

Among the main course options are red wine-braised brisket and a whole roasted chicken with smoked paprika, roasted garlic, and gravy. Sides include roasted fingerling potatoes and roasted asparagus, and chocolate and almond macaroons are available for dessert.

The complete menu is on the market’s website, where orders must be placed by next Thursday for pickup on April 12.

Takeout from Art of Eating in Bridgehampton also includes a seder plate, as well as potato pancakes, chopped chicken liver with red onion and thyme marmalade, gefilte fish with carrots and freshly grated horseradish, and Israeli salad with tomatoes, avocados, cucumber, red onion, and vinaigrette.

Among the main courses are a whole roasted organic chicken with lemon, artichokes, and herbs; roasted organic salmon with cracked pepper and lime on red onion, and confit of duck with roasted sweet potatoes and apples. Desserts include a matzo tiramisu, lemon ricotta cake, and a chocolate soufflé cake.

Orders must be placed by Sunday for pickup or delivery on April 12. The complete menu is on the website.
