Taco Tuesdays at Navy Beach

Taco Tuesdays have returned to Montauk’s Navy Beach and will continue through Aug. 25. Tacos and drink specials will be offered from noon to closing time.

The taco selections include smoked pulled pork with house slaw and cilantro crème fraîche, and blackened mahimahi with slaw, chipotle mayonnaise, and pineapple salsa, both choices on flour tacos. Also offered are two sushi style rolls, shrimp tempura with rice, nori, avocado, cucumber, and sriracha mayonnaise, and lobster hand rolls with sushi rice, nori, avocado, sriracha mayonnaise, and tobiko.

Drink specials are frozen margaritas for $15, Espolòn margaritas for $17, Pacifico for $6, Modelo for $7, and beer and a verdita shot for $16.

Ralph’s Coffee Truck

Ralph Lauren has a new presence in East Hampton, not on Main Street but at Mulford Farm, 10 James Lane, where Ralph’s Coffee will be available from a truck parked there.

Made from organically grown coffee beans from Central and South America, the options include Ralph’s roast, decaf, and espresso. Also on offer are an assortment of teas, soft drinks, and artisanal baked goods from Amber Waves Farm and Market.

One hundred percent of proceeds from the sale of the Mulford Farm Spritz, a sparkling pomegranate limeade, will be donated to the East Hampton Historical Society.

The truck will be on site daily from 8 to 5 through Sept. 7.

An Acclaimed Mixologist

Takuma Watanabe, a bartender whose honors include Bartender of the Year at the Spirits Business Awards in 2024 and being named a semifinalist for the 2025 James Beard Award for outstanding professional in cocktail service, is coming to Nourish restaurant in Bridgehampton on Sunday and July 12.

Watanabe, who has created the restaurant’s six-cocktail summer menu, will be behind the bar both days for a three-course prix fixe brunch ($150) from 11 to 2 and a five-course prix fixe dinner ($250) from 5 to 10. Brunch will be served with Louis Roederer Brut Rosé Champagne and a cocktail made by Watanabe. Dinner will include two of his cocktails.

More details are on the restaurant’s website. Prepaid reservations can be made through resy.com.
