One More Option
Diners looking for a sumptuous feast have several options for New Year's Eve this year, most of them listed in The Star's previous issue and online.

Since publication, Baron's Cove announced its own New Year's Eve celebration with a set menu for $125 at 6 p.m. and $175 at 9 p.m. The restaurant will have live music, party favors, and other means to brighten the merriment, in addition to a grand view of fireworks over Sag Harbor.

If a private celebration is preferred, the hotel's map room can be rented for up to 25 people and has a private terrace that also offers a view of the fireworks.

The menu features four courses with choices of appetizer (foie gras, crab cake, or shrimp cocktail), soup (harbor clam chowder) or salad (Caesar), entree (lobster ravioli, prime rib, lamb chops, halibut, or pappardelle Caprese), and dessert (cheesecake, creme brulee, or lava cake).

Reservations are available on the restaurant's website.
