Big Names at Old Stove
Old Stove Pub in Sagaponack is offering a $125 multi-course prix-fixe dinner prepared by a rotating roster of chefs including Alex Guarnaschelli, Jose Garces, Marcus Samuelsson, and Jonathan Waxman on Tuesdays through Aug. 31. Reservations must be made one week in advance through the restaurant's website. 

Sushi and Thai in MTK
Kissaki, a sushi restaurant in Water Mill, and Fish Cheeks, a Thai restaurant in New York City, have opened up a joint pop-up at the Montauk Angler's Club on East Lake Drive. It is open daily from noon to 9 for outdoor dining and takeout. Kissaki's menu includes sushi rolls, rice bowls, nigiri, and sashimi. A spicy tuna maki roll is $16, two pieces of bluefin tuna with two toppings chosen by the chef is $19, a rice bowl with salmon, salmon roe, pickled cucumbers, micro greens, and red onion is $20. Fish Cheek's menu features entrees such as crab curry, and garlic and butter prawns for $40 each, grilled fish for $45, and a one-and-a-half-pound lobster stir fried with curry powder, scrambled egg, scallions, onions, micro celery, and roasted chili jam for $60.   
Seafood Meal Kits
Citarella is offering seafood meal kits for pickup. A lobster roll kit for six that contains one and a half pounds of lobster meat, brioche buns, a lemon, two ounces of chopped celery, mayo, and one head of butter lettuce is $149. Two prepared lobster rolls cost $49. Grilling kits that come with two cedar planks, skewers, and extra virgin olive oil are also available. One that will feed two to four includes two pounds of mussels, three-quarters of a pound of large shrimp, sea scallops, and two salmon fillets for $129. One for four to six includes two lobster tails, two salmon fillets, three-quarters of a pound of large shrimp, two tuna steaks, and 12 ounces of ceviche for $199. A seafood tower for two that contains six each of Wellfleet oysters and little neck clams, half a pound of large cooked shrimp, one steamed lobster, one pound each of king crab and stone crab claws, cocktail sauce, butter, and lemons is $199. Nearly two ounces of caviar, creme fraiche, and blinis can be added for an additional $50. A raw bar for eight is $499, or $599 with three and a half ounces of caviar. Orders are can be placed on the store's website, and must be completed by 4 p.m. the day prior to pickup. 

Rosie's
Rosie's in Amagansett has expanded its hours of operation. It is open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, and 8 a.m. to midnight (with dinner served until 10 p.m.) on Fridays and Saturdays.

In Greenport
The Demarchelier restaurant at the Menhaden Hotel in Greenport has opened an offshoot, Demarchelier Bistro, on the village's Main Street. The menu includes entrees such as lamb shank in a portobello red wine sauce, and mashed potatoes for $27.50, roasted salmon with mixed vegetables for $31, and duck confit with arugula salad for $35.25. It is open from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m Tuesdays through Thursdays, 2 to 9 on Fridays, and noon to 9 on Saturdays and Sundays.

For Fathers Day on June 20, the Southampton Social Club is offering a $39 three-course prix-fixe dinner and a complimentary glass of wine from 5 to 9.

Summer shares are now available from Quail Hill Farm, one of the country's original community-supported agriculture farms. Family shares, for households of two or more people, and single-person shares as well, run from early June through Halloween, with picking two days a week, including unlimited flowers.
