A weekly farmer's market has reopened for the season in the Reutershan parking lot in downtown East Hampton. It is held on Sundays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Cooking Class
Stefanie Sacks of Montauk, a culinary nutritionist and the author of "What the Fork Are You Eating?" is holding live cooking classes online on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. The cost is $25 per class. The dishes are gluten-free and dairy-optional. On Wednesday, she will prepare fluke in foil, roasted garlic sweet potato mash, and an arugula avocado salad with lemon mint drizzle. Almond Subscriptions
Almond in Bridgehampton is offering monthly subscriptions for prepared dinners, pantry items, and wines. A dinner made with seasonal ingredients is $70 for two entrees, and $140 for four. A $50 box of pantry items includes kimchi, smoked sriracha, bulgogi sauce, house-cured olives, and other products prepared by Jason Weiner, the chef. Wine subscriptions are available for bottles of the restaurant's most popular wines as well as for rarer vintages. For the former, the cost is $35 for one bottle, $99 for three, and $155 for five, and, for the latter, the cost is $55 for one bottle, $155 for three, and $250 for five. Wine subscribers will also receive either a food or pantry item each month, and wine can be added to dinner and pantry box subscriptions for $35 for one bottle, and $67 for two. Orders can be placed on Almond's website, and must be picked up at the restaurant.

Sen for CMEE
On Mondays this month, Sen in Sag Harbor is offering complimentary vanilla, green tea, or strawberry mochi to customers who mention the Children Museum of the East End or "waffles and mochi." The restaurant will donate 15 percent of proceeds to the museum.

Wolffer Tasting
Wolffer Estate Vineyard is partnering with Ronald McDonald House Charities for a virtual wine tasting at 6:30 p.m. on April 29. A bottle each of chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, and merlot will be shipped to participants, and Roman Roth, a co-owner of the winery, will lead the tasting. Tickets are $100, and available on eventbrite.com. They must be purchased by Sunday to allow time for wine delivery. Proceeds will benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities New York Metro.

Nick and Toni's Takeout
Nick and Toni's in East Hampton has a weekly two-course dinner for two special for takeout. The menu available through Sunday includes a tricolor salad, and orecchiette with broccoli rabe, cannellini beans, and sea salt focaccia for $50, or the same salad and wood-roasted pork chops with braised escarole and cranberry beans for $60. A chocolate hazelnut bread pudding for two is an additional $18.

Fresno Specials
Fresno in East Hampton has three special entrees offered nightly. A grilled rack of lamb with hen of the woods mushrooms, snap peas, and a port demi-glace is $56, chicken Milanese with baby greens, goat cheese, and tomato sauce is $39, and pan-seared fluke with a ramp and spring pea puree, and a baby watercress salad with blood orange vinaigrette is $46.

The Sag Harbor restaurant had been on the market as its owner looked to retire, but the announcement that its final days of service would be last weekend took some, including longtime employees, by surprise.
