St. Patrick’s Day Specials

Rowdy Hall in East Hampton will have two-course prix fixe lunch and dinner specials for $27 on Tuesday. The menu features Irish fare such as corned beef and cabbage, and bangers and mash, and all entrees come with brown bread and Irish soda bread. Drink specials include a glass of Magners Original Cider for $6, and an Irish mimosa (orange juice and Magners cider) for $3. The specials will also be available on March 21 and 22, the weekend of Montauk’s St. Patrick’s Day parade.

The Springs Tavern will offer a $20 corned beef and cabbage dinner from 5 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday.

 

More Tavern Specials

On Mondays, the Springs Tavern has a $27 rib-eye steak and onions dinner special that comes with soup or salad, and baked or mashed potatoes. On Wednesdays, a $29 prime rib dinner special comes with the same side dish options as well as vegetables. Bottles of wine are also half off on Wednesdays for those who order an entree.

 

Clam Bar Reopens

The Clam Bar at Napeague will reopen on weekends (Friday through Sunday) on a weather-dependent basis at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, March 20. Customers have been encouraged to call the restaurant before heading out. It will be open daily starting April 13.

 

Cooking Class

Loaves and Fishes Cookshop in Bridgehampton is partnering with Christopher Kimball’s Milk Street Cooking School, a Boston company, to hold six weekly two-hour cooking classes beginning Monday, April 6, at 4 p.m. at the Bridgehampton Inn. Each class will have eight students and focus on the preparation of four recipes. The cost is $79 per class. For more information and to register, visit the store’s website.

 

Bridgehampton Inn Specials

The Bridgehampton Inn has dinner specials on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The menu for March features $14 appetizers such as shrimp and bacon chowder, $22 pasta dishes such as orecchiette with chicken and artichokes, and $24 entrees such as pan seared salmon with rice noodles and peanut sauce. Desserts are $8 and include chocolate stout cake with whipped cream.

 

Farmers Market

A farmers market will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday at the Spur co-working space on Elm Street in South­ampton. 

 

Clubhouse Specials

The Clubhouse in East Hampton is offering a 50-percent discount on entrees, desserts, bottles of wine, beer, and cocktails from 2 to 11 p.m. on Mondays through March 30.

 

Return of Sammy’s

Sammy’s Restaurant and Bar on West Lake Drive in Montauk will reopen for the season tomorrow. The restaurant will offer lunch and dinner Friday through Tuesday.

 

Rosé Time

Wolffer Estate Vineyard’s Summer in a Bottle Rosé is available for pre-order for $26 a bottle. Case purchases are discounted 10 percent for one case, 15 percent for two, and 20 percent for three to nine. Shipping is free for purchases over $50. Orders can be placed via the Sagaponack winery’s website.
