Sabor From OLA

Sabor 2026, the annual fund-raiser for Organizacion Latino Americana of Eastern Long Island, will be held at The Church in Sag Harbor next Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m.

Now in its 24th year, Sabor celebrates the culture, creativity, and community spirit that make the East End thrive, according to OLA. This year’s chairman is Fred W. Thiele Jr., the former state assemblyman and current OLA board member. Money raised will support the organization’s year-round work advancing opportunity, equity, and belonging for Latino families and the wider East End community.

In addition to a silent auction, the evening will include tequila from Montaukila, food from Janet O’Brien Caterers and Events, wines from Wolffer Estate Vineyard, beverages from Peconic Beverage, and entertainment by Latin Moon, a band blending Latin rhythms and jazz.

Tickets are $300 and must be bought in advance on OLA’s website.
