Tiler Peck at Guild Hall

Tiler Peck, a principal dancer with the New York City Ballet who curated a program of music and dance at Guild Hall in June, will return there on Monday at 7 p.m. for a conversation with Charlotte D'Amboise,  two-time Tony-nominated actress and dancer.

Their exchange will offer a look behind the curtain at the career of one of dance's most acclaimed performers. Ms. Peck will share insights into artistry, discipline, mentorship, and "the courage to evolve," both onstage and off. She will also discuss her upcoming PBS Great Performances documentary, "Tiler Peck: Suspending Time," which premieres on Friday, Nov. 7, and her new memoir, "XO, Ballerina Big Sis." The latter, aimed at children, offers advice and insider tips.

A book signing will follow the conversation. Tickets are $25, $22.50 for the book, which can be ordered for $16.99 as an add-on to the ticket purchase.

Tony Walton Auction

The life and legacy of Tony Walton, the multiple-award-winning set and costume designer who died in 2022, will be celebrated from Tuesday through next Thursday by a three-day auction of more than 700 items from his seven-decade career, at Willow Auction House in Lincoln Park, N.J.

Among the offerings are production sketchbooks, set models, Playbills, posters, artwork, signed books, and collaborations with Julie Andrews, his first wife, and Emma Walton Hamilton, their daughter, both of whom have houses in Sag Harbor.

A portion of the proceeds, donated by Ms. Hamilton and Bridget LeRoy, whose mother, Gen LeRoy, was Walton's second wife, will benefit the Entertainment Community Fund.

Halloween Revelry

A Halloween ball featuring the HooDoo Loungers, the East End's New Orleans-inspired party band, will rock the Sag Harbor Masonic Club Friday at 8 p.m. In a pun-filled press release the temple promises "killer tunes, devilish rhythms, and a spooktacular time for all."

Tickets are $25.

The Southampton Arts Center will also celebrate the holiday with a Halloween silent disco on Saturday from 7 to 10 p.m. Wireless headphones will feature three music channels to choose from.

Costumes have been encouraged, with prizes to be awarded for the most spirited adults' and kids' outfits, and a raffle featuring prizes from local vendors. Drinks for adults and treats for children have been promised.

Tickets in advance are $20, $15 for members. At the door, tickets are $25, $5 for children under 12. The party will take place outdoors, weather permitting; in the event of rain, it will move inside.
