Programs devoted to dance and energy transformation will happen at The Church in Sag Harbor during the coming week, starting on Friday at 6 p.m. with Ryan Ponder McNamara's "Kinetic Grace."

A Brooklyn-based artist, Mr. McNamara has a two-week residency at The Church, where he continues work on "Kinetic Grace," which began its development during a residency at the Watermill Center in 2022. The musical, about a cult that worships its own sweat and choreography, will be performed at the Guggenheim Museum in April. At The Church, he will present the piece with four collaborators and some local guests.

Tickets are $20, $10 for members.

Laura Gevanter, an energy transformation coach, will be at The Church on Wednesday at 10 a.m. to lead participants in creating a blueprint for "effective vision boards," collections of images or objects arranged to help individuals express their goals.

Tickets are $10, free for members, with registration required.
