Opera Double Bill
Lisette Oropesa, a lyric coloratura who recently sang Violetta in "La Traviata" in Rome and who will open at the Royal Opera House in London in a new production of "Rigoletto," will be at Guild Hall next week to lead a master class and give a live performance. Both programs are part of her week in residence at Guild Hall and Bel Canto Boot Camp.

For the master class, she will coach the camp's 2023 resident artists. Set for next Thursday at 6 p.m. at Hoie Hall at St. Luke's Episcopal Church in East Hampton, tickets are $50, $45 for members.

Ms. Oropesa, along with the Bel Canto Boot Camp co-founders, Rachelle Jonck and Derrick Goff, will perform an intimate recital from the bel canto repertoire on Aug. 12 at 5 p.m., also at Hoie Hall. The program will include several duets and ensembles featuring Ms. Oropesa and the six resident artists.

Recital tickets are $125, $112 for members. Tickets to the recital and a post-concert reception are $200, $180 for members.

Classical Piano
Llewellyn Sanchez-Werner, a pianist who has performed at the White House and the Kennedy Center for Presidents Obama and Biden, will be at LongHouse Reserve in East Hampton on Saturday for a piano workshop and an evening recital.

The workshop, set for 11 a.m., will provide a look at Mr. Sanchez-Werner's process and will include musical selections by Leonard Bernstein, Carlos Chavez, Stravinsky, and others. The cost is $20, free for members.

The first-prize winner of the 2022 Concert Artists Guild International Competition, Mr. Sanchez-Werner has performed recently in the Netherlands, Abu Dhabi, and in France.

Tickets for the concert, which will take place from 6 to 8 p.m., are $125, $100 for members, with a limit of two tickets per member and six per non-member.

Broadway Producers
Inspired by its current exhibition, "Change Agents: Women Collectors Shaping the Art World," the Southampton Arts Center has invited three accomplished Broadway producers to the center next Thursday at 7 p.m.

Arielle Tepper, Wendy Federman, and Fiona Rudin will share stories, challenges, and insights from their careers with Stephanie Lee, chief executive officer of Broadway.com. Tickets are $10, free for members.

An outdoor showing of "Jumanji," the fantasy adventure film inspired by a board game, will happen on Sunday. The film stars Kirsten Dunst, Robin Williams, and Bradley Pierce.

The doors will open at 7; the film will start at dusk. Guests have been encouraged to take chairs or blankets. Tickets are $10, free for members.

A showing of Lana Jokel's film "Figures Transformed," originally set for Saturday evening, has been postponed until the fall.

This article has been changed from its print version to reflect the postponement of the screening of "Figures Transformed" at the Southampton Arts Center, which was announced after the paper went to press.

A Renewed Focus on Fresh Fish

Dock to Dish, a restaurant-supported fishery cooperative founded in Montauk in 2012, has new owners and a renewed focus on getting fresh-from-the-boat seafood directly into the kitchens of restaurants across the East End and the New York area. And the fact that most of the owners are also fishermen doesn’t hurt.
