CANCELLED: 'She Pivots' live podcast

This weekend, The Church in Sag Harbor will host "Songbird Stories: A Musical Evening With Taylor Barton and G.E. Smith," and "She Pivots," a live podcast recording featuring Alexis McGill Johnson, the president and C.E.O. of Planned Parenthood.

The couple will present an evening of original songs, writings, and folklore, drawn from their more than 30 years in the music business, on Friday at 7 p.m.

Ms. Barton will read excerpts from "I Pitched a Tent in Hell," her music memoir, and selections from "Condom Eddie," her new novel, as well as music from her "Get Off My Ship." The Church says that Mr. Smith will frame, exemplify, and expand on Ms. Barton's set of songs and stories.
