The menu for the $75 prix fixe dinner special at Nick and Toni's in East Hampton includes new seasonal dishes such as sweet potato cavatelli with duck ragu, tomatoes, and pecorino Romano cheese, beet risotto with roasted mushrooms and goat cheese crema, and the catch of the day with roasted pumpkin crema and beluga lentils. The restaurant is open for indoor and outdoor dining and takeout Wednesday through Sunday. Orders can be placed by visiting the restaurant's website.

Fresno in East Hampton has two special dinner entrees available for dine-in or takeout Thursday through Tuesday. Bigeye tuna with sweet corn, heirloom tomatoes, and baby bok choy in a miso dashi broth is $48, and a prime New York strip steak with spinach, crushed Yukon Gold potatoes, creme fraiche, scallions, and a bordelaise sauce is $55. Orders can be placed by calling the restaurant after 4 p.m.
