Bronco Campsey is the Suffolk County wrestling champion in the 126-pound weight class once again, the first Bonacker in modern history to capture the championship two years in a row.

Both of East Hampton’s winter track teams competed in the state qualifier championship meet at Suffolk Community College on Feb. 9 and 10. The girls, in particular, set some new school records, thanks to two days of outstanding performances from Leah McCarron.

The Bonac boys basketball season ended in spectacular fashion: a 61-57 double-overtime loss at Northport High School that had everything you could ask for in a game — tension, talent, and even two nosebleeds.
