Two police officers were injured in a tussle in East Hampton Village's Reutershan parking lot on Thursday night, resulting in two charges of second-degree assault, a class D felony, for an 18-year-old East Hampton man.
B. Vintage, run by Linda Buckley and Cristina Buckley, a Springs mother-daughter team, is set to open tomorrow at 79 Main Street in East Hampton. It is the first business in the Anchor Society’s Winter Shops program, an off-season initiative that aims to fill otherwise empty storefronts.
Election Day is Tuesday and regular polling stations will be open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., but those who want to cast their ballots early have until Sunday to do so at any Suffolk County early voting site, including one in East Hampton and one in Southampton.
The motel, squeezed between two resorts on the north side of Old Montauk Highway, will have only a single unit.
