A Manhattan woman who works as a medical assistant forged a prescription for Klonopin that was filled at White’s Pharmacy in East Hampton in May, according to the charge brought against her in East Hampton Town Justice court Tuesday afternoon.

 Someone drove onto the grounds of the East Hampton Farm Museum, at the corner of North Main and Cedar Streets, on Jan. 4, leaving ruts and partially pushing the cover of a septic system out of place.

Police went to a Huntting Lane house to check on the well-being of a resident after receiving a report of what appeared to be blood in the snow near the front porch. The man, whose name was redacted from the incident report, is known to the police because he has chased strangers down the street in the past.

A Montauk woman, dining at Simply Sublime, a food shop on Springs-Fireplace Road, was targeted there by an angry ex-boyfriend on the afternoon of Jan. 21. Macarena Ramos told police she had met him there to return an iPod he had given her some time ago. He arrived at the shop with another man, who, she said, dumped a noxious liquid on her. The men then drove away.

An alleged prostitute who solicited business online and a man who accompanied her to Montauk in August pleaded guilty to felony charges on Jan. 11 in connection with the beating and robbery of a would-be client.

Southampton Town police have arrested a former president of the Sag Harbor School Board on a misdemeanor charge of allowing teens to drink alcohol at her North Haven house.

Alleged road rage at the intersection of Newtown and Cooper Lanes in East Hampton Village Tuesday evening resulted in a crash and an arrest, according to village police, who charged Braulio Camilo Padillo-Romero, a 28-year-old East Hampton resident, with criminal mischief as a D felony and with two misdemeanors, reckless endangerment and reckless driving, as well as a violation for an allegedly illegal lane change.

A call last Thursday afternoon from a Town Lane house had East Hampton Village officers on the lookout for a man driving a 1997 Lincoln. Their report of the incident states that they wanted to “check his well-being.”

Police are investigating two reports of vandalism in Montauk earlier this month. A South Fox Street woman, Magdalena Sanchez, told police Saturday that during the night of Feb. 2 her mailbox was ripped out of the ground and thrown across the street, and that obscenities appeared on her property.
