Hampton Eats is offering punch cards for their juices and smoothies. After five purchases, the next one is free.

Hampton Eats in January
Hampton Eats in East Hampton has several promotions going on this month including a very hopeful snow-day special. When it snows, customers will receive 15 percent off all beverages all day.

Not dependent on the white stuff is a National Soup Month special of 15 percent off all soup orders with a roll. The food emporium will also have a new healthy drink punch card that entitles the bearer to a free juice or smoothie after five purchases.

Coming up on Tuesday is National Pie Day, where all pies will be offered at a 15-percent discount. On Jan. 30, which is National Croissant Day, a free croissant will be added to a purchase of a 10 or 18-inch pizza or a six-inch cake. Two croissants will be free with a seven or eight-inch cake purchase. Finally, National Hot Chocolate Day is Jan. 31 where a two-for-one special celebrates the beverage.

A Dreamy Martini
Espresso martini fans may enjoy a new collaboration between the Dreamy Coffee served at Sylvester and Co. Modern General store in Sag Harbor and Matchbook Distillery in Greenport. The Dreamy Martini has been blended and packaged for portability and convenience.

Following an in-store tasting last weekend, the shop is launching the new bottled cocktail, a mix of Dreamy Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate, vodka, nutmeg, and orange peel.

Trivia Night
In addition to its $5 burger special on Wednesdays, Union Burger Bar in Southampton holds trivia nights on the same day beginning at 7. Check the website for updates and information on other specials, such as Taco Tuesdays, weekday happy hours at the bar from 3 to 6 p.m., sushi and live music on Fridays, and Sunday football specials.

Football Madness
Page at 63 Main in Sag Harbor has its own football specials continuing through the Super Bowl. In addition to drink specials like $6 draft beer, $10 house wine, and $12 margaritas, there is special pricing on braised short rib sliders, sweet chili or Buffalo wings, and fried tri-colored cauliflower.

Winter Awakenings
After a few weeks hiatus, La Fondita in Amagansett is back open, serving its crave-able Mexican street food Thursdays through Mondays. Its daily specials include chicken enchiladas en salsa roja with lettuce, queso fresco, tomatoes, and crema with beans and rice on Mondays; a pork enchilada plate on Thursdays; steamed chile-rubbed beef ribs with rice, beans, salad, avocado salsa, and hand-pressed tortillas on Fridays; a mixed grill with steak, chicken, and pork or chicken posole verde on Saturdays, and tacos on Sunday, along with shrimp chiles rellenos.

Dopo Argento in Southampton is also back from a break and continues to offer a $39 two-course prix fixe menu Sunday through Thursday. Those same days, customers can find select wines for $40 per bottle and by the glass for $10, starting at 5 p.m. The specials are not offered over holidays or holiday weekends.

Brunch and Books
Shippy's in Southampton will host a brunch book club for "20-and-30 somethings" on Sunday at noon. The talk, presented with Rogers Memorial Library, will be on David Gramm's "Killers of the Flower Moon," which Martin Scorsese made into a film released last year. It covers the brutal murders of wealthy Osage Nation members in Oklahoma during the early-20th century, a period known as the Reign of Terror. The book also looks at the Federal Bureau of Investigation in its early days, a period of missteps as well as successes.

Shippy's will provide a free drink to those attending. Registration is required and can be completed on the library's website

Winemakers Unite
Roman Roth, the winemaker of Wolffer Estate Vineyard in Sagaponack, and Frederic Barnier, the winemaker for Maison Louis Jadot in the Burgundy region of France, are partnering for a Great Wines of the World dinner on Friday, Jan. 26, at the winery's tasting room cellar. The four-course dinner will be prepared by Christian Mir, the chef from the Stone Creek Inn. The meal and wines will highlight the terroirs of both here and there and their effects on taste.

A reception will offer Gruyere with smoked paprika and Parmesan and rosemary crisps served with Wolffer Estate 2007 Noblesse Oblige Rose Extra Brut. The first course is a warm egg custard with Siberian caviar served with Wolffer's Perle chardonnay from 2021 and Louis Jadot's 2020 Beaune-Greves Les Clos Blanc Famille Gagey. The second course is a seared sea scallop served in a Provencal manner with Wolffer's Landius pinot noir from 2019 and Louis Jadot's 2020 Beaune Premier Cru Celebration Edition. Iberico pork presa with a black truffle jus, parsnip puree, and winter greens is the third course and will be presented with Wolffer's pinot noir Christian's Cuvee from 2020 and Louis Jadot's 2016 Chapelle-Chambertin Grand Cru. The meal will end with Saint Agur blue cheese and a wine poached pear with Louis Jadot's 1996 Corton-Pougets Grand Cru and a mystery wine.

The cost is $320 per person, which includes gratuity, and reservations can be made on the winery's website. The dinner begins at 7 p.m. and cocktail attire is suggested.

Brushes and Brunch
On Sunday, Corey Creek Tap Room in Southold will have a Brushes and Brunch Paint workshop with an instructor from Wine of a Kind from 10 a.m. to noon. Participants will be led in a two-hour class with instruction on how to paint two clear wine glasses. All materials are provided. In addition to brunch, participants will receive a gift bag and a small batch wine. The cost is $45 plus tax and gratuity. Tickets can be found on the Corey Creek website.
